I’m extremely disappointed with the way our kitchen island top was constructed. It has a jump in the middle and the doors under the overhang won’t open at all. It needs to be propped up. Plus it was late and an employee was extremely rude to us. We wanted a refund and they laughed at us! Buyer beware.

Brutal customer service. Im gathering from other reviews that if these folks get it right, they get it right, but when they get it wrong they deny, finger point and act horribly! Why not, you paid them in advance? My experience was they made a hugely crooked counter top that they had 6 months to make and still showed up 2 months late with. Kept saying they were going to make it right but no chance of that! These people were dropping all kinds of F bombs and being abusive. Dont bother!

they helped me build and finish the perfect piece for my dining room! AND they told me that no one had this piece in the whole world! hard to believe but probably true , very unique company ! highly recommend !

Furniture was made well. However, they provide a moving service which is great! Until, two cancellations, incorrect quote ($167) over what we were told. Owner moved it down to $300 which is still $100 more than quote. I may change my review if rectified, if not - I would highly doubt anything they tell you on the phone. Moving guys were great.
