it took him 8 months to do my corporate tax for 2016. I did my own bookkeeping to make it easy for him. when i called to follow up, he says working on it. At the end it was not done right. i still have to follow up with the government till now. the 2017 passed and he did not even start. when i called him to follow up, he said he won't do it and find someone else. he had my stuff over 5 months for 2017 tax and then he said he won't do it. very terrible guy. never recommended.

Such an excellent and friendly office! I have been a client for over 15 years and Richard is very involved and committed to providing excellent services to everyone. Highly recommend, but book appointments quickly they are very busy once april hits.

FORGOT TO PROCESS MY TAX RETURN

Firstly, it took them over two weeks to process a very basic tax return. They committed to one week and took over two weeks and I had to call them 2 times to find out the status of my return. Then 3 weeks pass since I signed and paid for my return and when I followed up with revenue canada they told me they/Accubalance did not file the return. So it took over two months to get a simple tax return. Then when I followed up with them the day I found out they/Accubalance forgot to file my tax return they never called me back!! I will never use them again.

Last year my wife and I completed my taxes here, it was great very helpful and great return for 50 bucks each. This year completely different story they spent 10 mins and charged us over 200 dollars because we made a little bit of extra money on the side and charged us as a business. The thing is we do not have a business we just got an extra job. When we went back for an explanation they said they charged us for quality. We will not be going back there i can get the same quality for way cheaper price.
