Steven's Construction for Cement Work

I gave him the measurements for the pad which included space to build a shed.I arrived in the yard as he was putting the forms and he didn't follow my measurements and was making it too small. He Promised to do rosetti finish. Gave me a broom finish full of footprints and low spots by the door so that water pools at doorway and at gate to the fence making it difficult to maneuver when it rains. Within a year it was full of cracks. Very poor job. I definitely would not recommend.
