Anne was the most egotistical demeaning person we have ever met. She abandoned us halfway through our project and then had the nerve to charge us extra for looking up items on wayfair. She made all sorts of changes to our design and then wouldn't show up to discuss options with us or our contractor leaving us to figure out each step by ourselves. Some of her drawings looked like a 2 year old made them. When we questioned anything she belittled us and overcharged us for each clarification. Ver
