DON'T DO IT, Warranty not honoured!!!

I hired JGB roofing in the Spring of 2011 following the wind storm. I went with him because he was quick to respond and seemed great when he came for the estimate, and even better he would be out in a few days to get the job done. I discussed with him about having the Eaves replaced as well and he told me "his trough guy" was backed up and would not be able to get there for at least a month but they could come do the roof right away. Great, they showed up a few days later and did the roof. The same day I see a Hermans truck in my front lawn cutting the trough.... I immediately stopped them as I had been told it would be a month before it could be done and in the mean time had soffits and fascia being replaced....... the solution cut the eaves and leave it in my yard until they are able to come back and put them up. The result, a return and rushed job to get them up at the end of the day somewhere. Eaves were not in pristine condition after ending up sitting in my yard for 2 months.... Eaves are improperly installed and leak. Jason gas ignored 10 phone calls from me and is also screening calls because he answered a second call from me seconds later when I blocked my number. Jason has had numerous opportunities to rectify this situation, I have been trying to get him to come back to repair the Eaves since July (now November) He is purposely ignoring phone calls and has not returned a call a single time. So much for the 10 year warrantly I am supposed to have, seeing as it has only been a few months and he is not keeping good on it, can't see him honoring it for any future problems. He also charged me $600.00 more than what anyone else would have for the same troughs.. I will now have to hire another company to make repairs to something that should have been done properly to begin with, and should have been covered for repairs after paying over 10 thousand dollars for a roof and troughs. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL~RUN!

poor workmanship

My parents are over 80 and had this company shingle their roof a little over a year ago. Problems occurred in the finished attic resulting in the ceiling being taken down. This revealed rotted, broken, roof boards that were shingled over. No new plywood was used at all. Have called and left messages numerous times but does not return calls. Disgusting to take advantage of the elderly. Very poor workmanship and business ethics. Would never recommend.
