Place is infested with bugs, work crews make constant dust that is never cleaned, landlord is a bully, and he is trying to force existing tenants out so he can charge more rent. Heat and water get shut off randomly all the time with no warning. Any reviews you find praising this building are written by employees of the landlord. None of the real tenants are happy.

An amazing experience from start to finish by Manny - we saw these apartments on a whim, and decided to investigate. My girlfriend and I were so surprised with the overt and subtle detail the renovations had accomplished, from the bathroom vanity, to the laminate to the open concept floor-plan! Manny has been an amazing point of contact, and helped us through the entire process, and once we were approved, he's been a source of information as the renovations are nearing completion. Kudos!
