Rick had very poor time management. He was always late (2+ hours and no call), and very unorganized. He had lots of excuses and apologies, but nothing got better. If you choose to hire make sure that all verbal agreements are updated on the invoice right away. Do not pay him in full till ALL work is completed including all the small stuff. He did not fully finish his work or return our calls after getting paid in full. The work that eventually was done was good, but use with extreme caution.
