Our new home was built on time, within budget and with many quality features we were not expecting. After six months in our new home it has met or exceeded our expectations and couldn't be happier with our decision.
Based on my experience as an existing customer of Prominent Homes, I would NOT use them ever again. Worst customer service ever. Builder is NOT a Custom Home builder, Energy Star Builder(they claim to be)they only build to Minimum Building Code, and to Tarion performance guidelines.(a must read). If I was made aware of that prior to buying a lot and a home, I would spend my money elsewhere. The builder will threaten its customers with lawyers letters if they complain. Do NOT use this builder!!!
