Shelburne Golf and Country Club is a picturesque 18-hole golf course located on the western edge of the Niagara Escarpment. The professionally-designed course plays over easily walked terrain with silica sand bunkers and six spring -fed ponds providing a challenge to all levels of golfers. In the last few years 9 new tee decks, adding 230 yards to the course, were brought into play adding to the challenge for the lower handicap, long-hitting player. Playing enhancements were completed on four holes in 2007, to speed up play and provide greater visual definition to the bunkers, water hazards and fairways, along with the addition of 400 trees.
