    Treating the elderly

    I am speaking for myself, friends and family. When treating the elderly, he should suggest a second opinion before making them pay for treatment the day of. If anyone is experiencing eye problems, get a trusted medical doctor for a second opinion before paying for expensive treatments!

    DO NOT GO THERE! ...

    DO NOT GO THERE! I had a terrible experience being Dr. Albert Ng's patient for 5 years. His assistants are arrogant and rude. I wanted to ask the clinic about a coverage. When I went to the clinic, the assistant told me she could not get the doctor and asked me to send an email instead. I did that, but heard no reply for 1 month, finally, someone replied telling me to call the clinic. After which I called the clinic 3 times, each time being directed to wait, or come in to resolve the problem. It

    I have been comin...

    I have been coming here for 10 years, and Dr. Ng has been one of my favorite optometrist; however, the same cannot be said about the newly hired stuff (girls in their 20s and 30s). Extremely rude and were rushing to do everything. The even talk the information for my friend was in the middle of filling out and said she would complete it instead...turns out she wrote his birthday wrong by fifty-year. No apology or nothing and just a forced 'haha oops' without smiling. As a receptionist and staff that represents Dr. Albert Ng and his clinic, they are expected to perform customer service and should at least look like the enjoy what they are doing. I remember coming here last year and the years before, where the staffs are much more approachable.
