Awful. Delivered me a sofa set infested with live bed bugs and mould TWICE when I purchased a brand new set. Customer service is awful, they fought with us when we requested a refund they previously promised. Worst experience of my life. Its sort of unbelievable how a business could send furniture in such condition into someones home, and then proceed to treat them with such disrespect.
I wish I could put 0 stars but thats nnot an option. Horrible establishment!! As soon as they get your money the service goes right out the door. Never answer their phone and make all kinds of excuses for when my items will arrive. So Im out hundreds of dollars and no furniture!!!
EXTREMELY TERRRIBLE BUSINESS. I spent my hard earned money on a sectional. They called and said they will deliver another colour. I said no I chose black not brown...after the purchase was paid in full I received a phone call from the company saying the delivery man has in his notes I still owe a large balance. This was a lie. She said sorry RIGHT AWAY and said she sees my invoice. And it is paid in full. So why call me? Because they lost my payment. CONTINUED IN COMMENTS
All seemed good at the start but then our chair was not delivered on time - no one answered their phone and they could never explain what the hold up was - 3 days later when it was being delivered the delivery man swore at my daughter Won't deal with them again !!!!!
Run far far away and never return. They gave me a 7 hour delivery window 11-6pm, called many times and they didn't come until 8 which which was after moving hours for the condo. Driver was very rude. They came the next day within moving hours and brought a couch which is completely different than the one I ordered. It's too dark grey, uncomfortable material and unfinished look as if it's missing a piece of the backrest or something. Called many times and they don't answer the phone now. DONT BUY
Today i visit this store with my family. They decoration pieces are not place appropriately to congested difficult to walk. My kid just touch the decoration piece and it was broken....infact very poor quality and it was not morethan $20...but the store charged me $40 ....so be careful if you touch anything it will be broken and they will not allow you to leave until you pay....its humiliating
When you go there to buy something they are the nicest people in the world! But when it's time to deliver they will have all sorts of excuses. Read before you sign the paper. They say something and write something else in the paper so you won't be able to do something.
I had bought a sofa and I had a amazing service from the sales people here.

Honestly I am worried right now reading all these reviews. A month ago the sales guy promised a sofa set and added a coffee table to the order giving us the best service. The day they promised to deliver they stated it was discountined and stated we gave them the wrong phone number to contact us. However we chose another sofa set and the promised to deliver it by 6-8pm. Everytime we called they stated it was on the way but has not arrived and they are not picking up the phone ! WORST SERVICE !!!
Worse worse worse place I have ever been.they sold somebody else's furniture to me then didn't tell me till last minutes of delivery.briught me used item and broken.sold me a divider which was discountiniud.after 3months they sent me broken mattress and end up deliver it to me 3 times.belivee me guys the most unprofessional business you can ever see and deal with them.please don't waist your time.
Awful Awful Awful Awful!!! Waiting for our couches and was suppose to get it next week. Calling to get a date and time but no response. They are now promising it to arrive by the end of the week which I highly doubt! Worst place ever. Wish I looked at all the reviews before actually buying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They gave me delivery time between 1 and 7 pm. I waited until 11 pm and still the driver did not show up and he stopped answering my call. They also mixed products with other deliveries and did not even know which ones are to be delivered to where. The mattress was not the most recent one as promised, and the sales person would deny what he had promised - a simple lie. The most unprofessional business I have ever seen in the city, by far.
Terrible! Ordered furniture, waited for 4 weeks. When I called them to locate it they said they needed our more weeks. I protested,. They delivered some of my furniture the next day. However it was not my furniture. It was also stained. Not new. Starting the fight with them now to correct it. Stay away!
AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst store ever. Ordered furniture and was told 4-6 weeks. Over 6 weeks now and was told was ready and then not ready. They rarely pick up the phone and when they do, never return calls even though they promise to call. HORRIBLE STORE
worst place ever. They sent me the wrong furniture twice and then they tricked me with the sofa fabric quality. They replaced with a cheaper fabric. You may or may not get what you order from the showroom. Watch out from this place!
I furnished my whole house from this store. They gave me amazing deal. sales rep.was really patient with us & helpful. 2days after making the purchase i checked the review online n i was really scared that they might screw up my order but they surprised me by delivering it before time and not only that everything was upto satisfaction, everything just like the way i wanted. thought i wont recieve them on time tho. But they did a good job. I would anytime refer people to go there for their furniture shopping. Unique accessory collections too.
Stay away from this store. I bought a firmed loveseat & sofa from this store with everything writing on its invoice. They delivered them with a soft loveseat & sofa. They tried to mix match something together & thought the customers will not find out.
Best services, sales person was professional and very helpful.
