Classic Alterations

I have brought a variety of items to Classic Alterations in the past couple of months, and I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Their current manager started there last year, but she has over 30 years of experience and so she is able to handle all types of alterations. Her prices are also very reasonable, and she is polite, courteous, and considerate of her customers’ needs. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Very bad service

Very bad service, I will never go back to this place again. I live in Guildwood village and the local cleaner told me he worked with them in the past. He is a very professional man, so I trusted him. I requested to make 3 pants from fabric that I supplied. Right in the beginning, the haggling on the price should have turned on a red light in my mind, because from then on started a voyage of exceptionally terrible services – the work was 2 weeks overdue, and required multiple unnecessary visits and telephone reminders. Then I was promised on the telephone that the pants are ready, and when I came to pick them up, I had to wait there until she finished the work. When I tried on the last pair - it was amazingly big, and instead of giving me priority to fix it she asked me to wait more time. Finally I gave up and left there without the last pair. Save your peace of mind and go elsewhere.
