This place is the worse place to get anything done. Terrible customer service and they don’t own up to their mistakes if they make it.. I had a terrible Coloring experience with them. I asked for my money back because nothing was explained to me properly in advance. They only care about the $$$$, they have no integrity to respect a customer’s concerns.. in short if u want to Color ur hair, please call a Coloring specialist who would know what they are doing instead of being experimented on...
On Monday I had an appointment to get my highlights redone and a cut.
As with any time I get highlights done, I didn't touch my hair other than to neaten in for 2 days. I wanted a shoulder length layered Bob and what I ended up with was what looked like a 4 year took kindergarten scissors to her Barbie doll.
After washing and drying my hair, with no product added I was reduced to a sobbing mess. I couldn't believe what I was looking at.

I went to this salon recently for my first time & it will be my last time folks. I had a tall, blonde lady with long hair wash, dry, cut & curl my hair. At first, the woman was very pleasant. I started being specific about what I wanted & she told me what she was going to do when I was the paying customer!!! I wish I had been more firm with her. She ended up giving me a very bad cut & my hubbie agreed. He wanted me to go back & get them to fix it. Never again...
worst experince ever.. the stylist EVA was rude and unpleasant... she spent most of the time answering personal calls outside the store... during my hair cut... she continued to aruge with e about cutting the ends off... she seemed more interested with her personal phone calls then doing a good job... advice... stay away from this store the stylist are tacky and disrepectful.. no well run....
My experience at Carmen's Hair salon is amazing. Excellent customer service!!, Everyone has a good attitude. Cat always knows what to do with my hair and always is great. Reasonable prices. facilities are clean. I am a happy customer for the last 2 years. Congrats to the Team!!!
Was not impressed.
The stylist I had did not give me the haircut I requested. Also insulted the quality of my hair. Gave unsolicited advice. Try to push in store products, spent more time on the phone or in the back. All in the span of 1/2 hr.
On the plus side did fit me in without an appointment.
Will try salon again,with a different stylist, many positive reviews on YP for Mario, Cindy, Cat and Tammy.
Been going to Carmen's for almost 3 years now and love it. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. Cat always gives me a great cut, and highlights when I need them. Started to see Cindy for pedicures and facials and she is the best. Both these ladies are worth their weight in gold. Am a very happy customer and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
I've been going to Tammy for many years and have now gone from dark and getting ligther over time with great results. The prices are good if you arrive early for your appointment, sometimes you can get a quick neck massage with Cindy too :-) What to go Carmens' team.
No nonsense place and I won't go anywhere else. Mario knows exactly what I want and what cut is best for my hair type. I've gone to the finest places down town to the local barber and hands down Mario has been consistently the most knowledgeable and best hairdresser who does it just right. Appointments are always prompt and I'm never kept waiting. The salon is clean, very organized, staff seems friendly. Can't ask for more.

I've been getting my hair cut, coloured, highlights, lowlights, and blow dried at Carmens for many years. Always happy with my results. Mario really listens to what I'm asking for and gives great suggestions I'm always happy with.
The salon is clean, entire staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable .

I was referred to Carmen's by a friend after someone screwed up my colour.
Mario fixed my colour ,he did an amazing job. I always try and see him.
The price to fix it was reasonable. I have been going ever since.
I have also seen Eva for a cut and blow-dry, Love what she did.
Staff is super friendly.

I've been to Carmen's several times since 2010. My appointments were all with Mario, so I don't have any idea about others' work there.
In my opinion Mario is one of the best. I had haircuts and highlights (recently added:D) with him, and I was happy all the times with his work. He is and expert, he tells you what suits your face or skin tone and suggests on what will make it look better. This is sth that I missed in many hair salons. I have suggested him to all of my friends
