I ordered 7 pieces of furniture from Arrow in Scarborough and out of 7 pieces 4 were damaged. I tried to call the sales rep from head office who assisted me they ended up picking up the furniture and sending it back to the warehouse to be fixed. When I recieved the 4 peices of furniture back they were still damaged. The sales rep was upset that I was complaining and sent me over to customer service. Im still waiting for someone to get back to me. This has been such an awful experience.
After leaving a positive review with this store, I found myself reconsidering as new events arose. Richard was great to deal with when we were shopping at the store, and Rachel was a great help when scheduling a follow up for issues we had experienced with the furniture we purchased. We required a new bedroom suite. We went to Arrow on Kennedy.The sales colleague there, JENNIFER, directed us to the area to browse. She was able to direct us to a suite we might have missed that checked all our boxes. She answered our questions and supplied us with all the info we required. The sale as well as the delivery went without problems and completed in a timely manner. We appreciated her call after delivery to ensure we were happy with the outcome. THANK YOU JENNIFER!

Disappointed...rough workmanship..damaged..called so many times to the sales rep but they always say not around..I emailed customer service but no one called me ..not recommended store..I should have checked customer reports here before I purchase...
Worst experience ever. Bought furniture for over 20 thousand and i dealt with Mike the assistant manager. He was rude, for delivery we agreed on a date, and they changed it and than informed me. Delivery came an hour and a half after they were suppose to. One item didn't make it and when I complained they said that it wasn't on the receipt. Worst customer service, they have nice things but I will never shop there again. Talked to the manager too and he was ruder than Mike. Don't recommend at all
