Had a small problem and asked the manager at London Road location if I could exchange an unopen gift for coffee. Sorry; cant do without a receit. Company policy. Went to Cathcart Starbucks; manager was so pleasant and said Sure. I only wanted to exchange a unused new gift item for coffee.
