This surgeon is top notch, the best of the best in every conceivable way.

This doctor is suspicious. He charged me about $800 for about 10mins checkup. I am not covered by OHIP. When I ask for doctor note for the purpose of submitting claim to my insurance company, he said his office will call me to pick it up. It has been several weeks. They never called me back. I tried many times to call them. No one answers the phone.

Receptionist doesn't answer phone.
