The quality of Loui's work was good and the jobsite was cleaned up well. There was a couple of delays in getting the work done that could have been communicated better. On the whole we were happy with his work.
Didn't return phone calls, promised repeatedly to be on site on 3 occasions and didn't. Had lame excuses when they didn't show up. Didn't have the basic materials to perform job on only day they did show up and was obviously too ashamed or lazy to finish job.
