They kept the my 2012 Acura TL for over a week for small dent on the driver side door. When I picked up the car the paint job looked terrible with visible blemishes and running paint on the edge of the door.Owner told me to drive the car for a few days then bring it back and they will fix the paint. When I brought it the second time they kept the car for another two days and when my wife picked up the car it was little better then before but still not 100%.
I was sent there by Acura East after getting rear-ended. The customer service is pretty good and stress free. They also fixed my car properly, although it took them more than a week while Maple Acura did the same thing previously in one day. What I didn't like was the lack of attention to detail. I found paint marks on the passenger seat as well as on the rear passenger window and windowsill. There were also dirty hand prints on the trunk lip. It doesn't take much to wipe everything clean.

Thank you for your comments. When Insurance Co came out to appraise vehicle we noticed how ''off colour'' the bumper was from previous Acura Dealer repair . The paint is a Tri Coat White Pearl and difficult to match. So in our repair we blended rear Quarter panel for colour match which required the removal of the quarter glass. This is also why repair time was longer. It was our sublet mobile glass people that left some finger prints inside and we have advised them to be more careful in future. We do clean all vehicles inside and out prior to delivery but this unfortunately was an oversight on our part.
I have taken my vehicle here and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and stress-free the whole process was. I was greeted in a Friendly and Professional manner and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion. The shop was clean and professional and I felt safe leaving my vehicle (bmw) in their care. Once completed, my vehicle looked and smelled like a BRAND NEW car. Funny, almost didn't recognize it. Lol. I truly believe in smaller family owned/run businesses. They went the extra mile and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle before they handed the keys to me. It truly was like a Brand New Car! I would and have, recommended this shop to everyone and anyone I know (all of whom have been very happy with the work done) and I stand behind my word. Fantastic Job Alliance! Keep up the good work!
My daughters car was towed there on referal of our insurance company, Intact . From start to finish things were handled perfectly and her vehicle looked great when completed. Inside and out i must say.
Totally Professional way of conducting business. In these times we always seem to have the time to let people know when things may not have gone our way. I thought I should let you Ron, Gary and John know how pleased I am with the repairs you did. The car looks as good as new and when I got it back it was spotless, and that's more than I could say when I brought it in. You did everything you said would be done and it was done perfect.
