I have bought my paint from Charlotte Paint and Wallpaper for years and have always found them very helpful. Just made an order over the phone since we are in lockdown. It was ready in 1/2 hour and when I called to let them know we would becoming for pick up, they were very friendly and helpful.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff in my experience. Free parking in rear, or choose to pay a whole loonie an hour on street. (citys generally charge for street parking, its nothing new)
Nice, clean. Had to pay for street parking. Female who worked January 11, 2018 during the day time is very abrupt and rude. Answered my questions as if I was the stupidest person and was very short as if she wanted me to leave and I had over stayed my welcome or something. She also gave me the wrong answers numerous times and then with my own research I found out different. I won't go back for fear of having to deal with that woman again and being treated like less of a person. Not a good feelin
