Bland food......trendy atmosphere

Let me start off by saying that the atmosphere in this place is very trendy, nothing wrong with that however the food doesn't measure up. I find this place was expensive and the food was bland. Definitely not recommended.

EXCELLENT!!

This place is great for taking out clients who you'd like to impress. The atmosphere is amazing, the food was very tasty and not too salty like some italian restaurants I've been to. Our server seemed a little young and inexperienced but still did a great job. The penne was excellent as well as the brushetta. Nice place.

I am fortunate enough with the new location being...

I am fortunate enough with the new location being is so near my office I can indulge in the Tosca's experience on a fairly regular basis. The food is always fresh, flavorful and served hot. The staff is attentive and loyal. Many seem to stay for the long haul which speaks volumes. There is always someone there to make sure all your needs are met i.e. water, bread, fresh chees, fresh pepper. The complimentary bread which is always fresh. Each experience has not disappointed, that is why I keep coming back. I highly recommend it one of my 5 top Ottawa restaurants for a wonderful lunch when you want a fresh hot meal but don't have 2 hours to spare. Like to treat my dear friends or staff to this experience whenever I can. If you want to treat someone special, tell them a special thankyou on a job well done or for being an important part of your life I recommend Tosca.

Great food. The service was excellent. Vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. Great atmosphere. One of the best Italian restauraunts in Ottawa.
