dr wassef était mon médecin depuis l’ouverture j’ai pas été a sa clinique depuis 2 ans et ferme mon dossier et veut plus me reprendre et sa secrétaire raccroche vite le téléphone. vraiment déçu du service offert a ces ancien patient

Best doctor ever so helpful I'm positive I broke my toe but I know there's nothing they can do so I called to see what I can do at home and omg so helpful also willing to fit me in today or tomorrow when I can get there (to much pain to walk)I've had some bad experiences before but this doctor better stay in ottawa she's the best :) thanks Dr apsimon and staff :)

They treat you like cattle... Before you actually see a nurse, they expect you to take off your shoes, leave them behind and trust the other patients that nobody will steal them. Then the nurse weighs you and takes your blood pressure and then she makes unhelpful comments such as "geee, you've gained 5lbs since the last visit, no wonder your blood pressure is so high" Then you see the actual doctor and discover and she/he has been in practice for 3 months. STAY AWAY!

I was a patient of doctor Swedani's. I originally transferred to this clinic as it was much closer to home than my old doctor (who I transferred back to). I have to admit that I am extremely disappointed in this doctor. The other staff was very welcoming and good. He has dismissed a friend of mine (who also switched doctors) on multiple occasions who ended up in the hospital after seeing him 3 times in a week. She was properly treated at the hospital, doctor Swedani never touched her and dismissed her each time. I thought he was inexperienced. I was willing to give him this experience as I know it is hard to gain, but after a recent appointment its been made clear that I am not going to be taken care of as I should be. I have been dealing with body pains for a bit over a year and a half, as well as migraines with aura. He has done nothing except push medications on me for a year, he recently admitted that he "did not know why" i was on this medication. And that i "did not fit a diagnosis" without doing any tests. It is one thing to give him experience and another to put your health on the line for it. Do not reccomend this doctor to anyone. Other doctors in the office seem great.
