Pure Eco Solution

Horrible, bought a expensive water system off these guys it has been leaking in my basement for two months now. They have said they will be here to fix it 3 times now so i have to miss days of work to let them in and they havnt showed up yet still. Its under warranty but they still dont fix it. DO NOT BUY WATER SYSTEM FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Excellent customer service very friendly and knowledgeable with prompt service.We've had the filter system for a year now and have noticed a significant improvement in our water quality and taste.The new water softener uses less than 25% of our old system which is saving us lots of money.I would recommend this system and this company to any interested in better quality water.Just ask for Steffano and he will take care of all your questions.

Nice at first

We've had a Pure Eco's water filtration and softening system since March. At the end of April we realized the system stopped working. After calling for 2 weeks. They sent someone to test our water, twice. And found that there was chlorine in our water. Leaving pink rings on our sink, bath and toilets! Now its been over 3 months and still no one has returned our calls (more like avoiding) and we have a broken system that's costing us over $7000. Worst company ever and horrible ethics

We recently had the Advanced 7 Stage Filtration System and Water Conditioner installed in our house and noticed a huge improvement in the quality of our water. Huge difference in the quality of water, both with our alkaline drinking water and our soft water tank. John came to our house and fully tested our water and showed us the benefits cleaning up our household water. John was great to deal with and has been very helpful, already came by to retest our water to make sure everything was perfect. An amazing upgrade for our house and huge benefits for our everyday health.

We have recently purchased Pure Eco solutions Water purifier system for last few weeks. Initial water testing, presentation and service from the company is exemplary and outstanding. They have stood true to all the promises made to us. My major reason for installing the system was to help with my son's eczema. Beware if you do ...

Beware if you do any work for Anthony, the President of Pure Eco Solutions in Oshawa, Ontario. I assisted Anthony with some bookkeeping. Once the work was done I provided an invoice for my services. Since then Anthony has ignored my voicemails and emails asking for payment. I think this company is struggling financially and hence the reason he will not pay my bill.
