We loved the friendly professional service provided by all the Associates we dealt with. They were more than accommodating to address any issue we had in our purchase of a new bed, mattress and accessories. We have had a totally satisfying experience in our dealings with Sleep Country on 10th Line Road in Orleans, Ontario

Horrible, seemed great and professional at sale then problem after problem. Incorrect items delivered, all they did was blame movers, salesmen or manufacturers. After 3 attempts at solving issues still incorrect. Strongly recommend another retailer to avoid headaches. Dealt with Roberto as salesman and the store manager only to be left disappointed and frustrated.
