Poor customer service

I am not one to complain much in restaurants but here's my experience At Lexus. First time there was for breakfast with my daughter. After picking up coffees at Tim Horton's, we decided to go for breakfast at Lexus (first time there). The owner came over to get us seated and was not very happy that were coming in with coffees from Timmy's. She said that it was inappropriate and asked a waitress to bring us a mug so that we could pour our coffees in it. The waitress did bring us each a mug but was not to happy about it. We got up & left. About a year later, I decided to go back. Breakfast was good & everything was ok. Today, I decided to go for lunch with a friend. I asked the waitress if the souvlaki was good & she said yes so that's was I ordered, The meat came on two skewers. It was very tough. I couldn't eat it so I just left it there & ate my salad and bread. I was hoping she was going to come back and ask how the food was but that didn't happen until she saw that were completely done. I mentioned to her that I was unable to eat the meat because it was too tough. She replied that the reason was that it was pork not chicken. My friend said "that's not a reason for the meat to be tough" and the waitress argued that yes it was a reason and explained that when you fry pork, it always turns out tough. She said that no one ever complains about the pork souvlaki and hat I was the first person ever to complain. Wrong answer. Poor customer service.

Good Food

When a resturant has a large menu, it concerns me somewhat. How can they make everything on the menu tatse good. Well, what we ordered was good. The smoked meat is worth coming here. There are not many places left for good smoked meat and in Orleans, this is a real find. The french onion soup is very good. The rest is average. Service was slow because there were only 2 servers for the whole place. Overall, I will be back because I love smoked meast and this is the place to come for it.

Breakfast twice now Pancakes were great! Eggs and hashbrowns tasted awful - so bad I couldn't finish them. Had one waitress that was great - had a different waitress the second time - who dripped steamin hot coffee onto my toddlers hand. She made NO EFFORT TO INVOLVE THE MANAGER TO APPOLOGISE.

Just moved to Ottawa and visited so many bars looking for warm atmosphere and this one was great. Bartender Kelly was fun, quick. the food was hot and quick. the beer was cheap. I couldn't believe i ate so much and 4 drinks and tip came to just 35. Wow. great screen tv. and others to talk to.

Breakfast to perfection. Plate came with more smoke meat than a large sandwich. Scramble eggs were fresh and plentiful garnished with lettuce and a slice of orange. Couldn't help but notice a large satisfied crowd of people filling most of the place. Bright and airy with lots of windows. This Greek restaurant is a pleasant experience. At under $6.00 per serving it beats most of the Ho Hum chains restaurants. Definitely ***** star

A ho hum resturaunt with great smoked meat and not so good service. Most of the food was good, french onion soup is excellent. Appetizers arrive 30 seconds before the main course and plates are shuffled about to make room. It is a good place if you want a quick snack but not a place for a nice dinner.
