Was there to sell a 50 oz .999 pure silver bar pruduced by one of the best companies. I was the only one in the store at the time but non the less it still took at least ten min to come from the back with scales needed to wheigh it. Once weighed I was offered 556$. Nearly half of melt value! there are pretty common rates when buying and selling in regards to over and under spot. When I said no to her offer she simply replied “that’s fine” while turning around and returning to the back.

Excellent customer service. Jewlery Manager really went out of her way to please our needs. Would definetly do business there again

Positive experience with many interesting items to see and purchase. Definitely the best deals in the area for used and NEW jewellery and electronics, tools too! We purchase a beautiful diamond ring at 75% off retail price. It also came with an appraisal. We will be back next summer! Thank you
