Great service!
I recently painted and was missing some brackets for one of my blinds. Sam was kind enough to replace it for me at no charge, even though I have no idea where this blind was purchased.
I am nearly finished renovating and I know where I am going to buy my blinds this time!

Fantastic
This company is conveniently located in Oakville. They have a cute little show room and they were able to meet my budget and make several recommendations for me. I would recommend them ,no problem.
I consider myself to pretty laid back. I decided to have window coverings done after seeing similar ones at a friends place. We chose Shades N Shutters because they were local...I am in the Bronte area. They were poorly done. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and his wife and they were so unprofessional. It is literally the worst customer service I have ever received which is unfortunate because I wanted to support a local business. For a small business I thought the customer service would be decent and I was actually yelled at. Wouldn't recommend them.
This is most unfortunate. I take personal pride in our customer service and neither myself or my husband would ever yell at a customer for any reason. Are you sure you have the correct company?
Please identify yourself so we can see if you truly are a customer and we can resolve any issues. Otherwise we will assume you are a disgruntled competitor?
