The best Chicken Shawarma sandwich I have ever had. We only go for takeout but the Chicken Shawarma is so good I keep going back. It's fantastically good. If they have their homemade Lebanese buns available (they run out) it is even better, but even on a pita or lavash it is simply amazing. Their baba ghanoush is very good as is their fatoosh salad. My only complaint? The chicken is so good, and I get there relatively infrequently so I cannot bring myself to try anything else!
Sure it's a hole in the all - quick in and out kind of greasy spoon but who cares. I'd eat that Shawarma sitting on the floor if I had to!
Simply the best Chicken Shawarma I have had. I regularly order the "Small" Chicken Shawarma dish (with rice) including their magical Garlic sauce and perfectly balanced hot sauce.
Though the size is called small, the portion is gigantic! Possibly a little too big. Could stand to have a smaller size with approximately 3/4 of the amount, ideally for $6.00 - $7.00-ish.
If you like shawarma, you have to try this place.
I'd like to comment on some of the other menu items, but I can't help myself ordering the shawarma when I go in. Someday.
We buy take-out here often. The portion is generous and the taste is amazing. We find ourselves craving a lot the food from this place. The restaurant itself is just plain, but the food is delicious.
This is the place on 3rd line that I mentioned in my review of another shawarma place in Oakville. More fast food style but much tastier than the other restaurant, not a whole lot of seating, packed on Fridays. Waiting in line and waiting for the food is the tough bit. Get there before the lunch rush and you'll be fine or call in and place an order before going in and pick up is even better.
