This man is pure of the heart and good to his very last bone. If you can't find an excuse to take your vacuum in pop by and check out his beautiful wood sculpting or pick up some cleaning products! Don worked hard to make sure Hoover honoured their warranty. After we received a new hose we had an intermittent issue with it running. Don stayed open late for us to show up trouble shot the issue, wasn't our house and came up with a zero cost solution for our base unit.
He did all this only to find out later that he stayed open after hours when he was suppose to be at a Turkey dinner.
Great experience and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had never been into this shop before and was pleasantly surprised! The owner , Don is super knowledgeable on how to fix virtually anything and while I was there I saw him talk a person out of a repair because it would not ultimately make sense for them in the life of the product. The store has all kinds of extra products to help clean as well as the usual stuff like bags, filters and spare belts. If you like birds you will also discover this guy is a champion wood bird carver and lots of those are proudly on display as well as blanks you can buy if you want to take a crack at it. I was so temped but alas me and sharp carving objects not a great fit. You should also know (because I didn't) that there is tons of free parking out back so forget the meters out front.
