The women who was working at the desk upon my arrival was extremely rude and demeaning. As someone who was already upset after having their car towed, this women was extremely disrespectful towards me and made my experience getting my car back slow and painful.
Never use this company. They will charge unbelievable extra amount and they will threat you to keep your car or truck.
The owner and people on the phone are arrogant and will laugh at you.
