    I absolutely ador...

    I absolutely adore this place!! Such a great intense 45 minute workout nonstop. It's a total body workout, amazing trainers and perfect location! The studio is extremely clean and up to date. I highly suggest Big Hit if you're wanting to try something new or get in shape quickly!

    Went to the kickb...

    Went to the kickboxing class today. The studio is amazing with views overlooking downtown Oakville. Hands down the best workout! Instructor led class consisting of kicking, punching, push-ups, sit-ups etc. The class was packed which makes it motivating! For my class the instructor was Gidon who is extremely knowledgable and makes the effort to correct form, motivate, and push you to get through the workout. Can't say enough good things about this place. High recommended !
