Absolutely fabulous! Your technician was here at 6:00 this morning and did a great job. My furniture arrived before noon. Everything was dry and I was able to move in without any delays. IT was really terrific.
I am very happy that I called Action Chemdry. I had to arrange a last minute appointment and they did a great job setting up the appointment, showing up on time, cleaning the carpet. the value was great for the size of my apartment. Overall, they provided a good value and I had a good experience. I would be happy to call Action again in the future and would recommend them to others.
Save your MONEY. Worst cleaning I've ever had !!! Expensive and I was not satisfied, they sent the guy back out and wanted more money to re apply !!! I told him forget it. They show up with a floor buffer, spray some chemical on the rug and basically rub the dirt and smells back into the carpet. Also he didn't remove his shoes while cleaning the rug. Who walks all over the persian rug and cleans with a floor buffer. Stick to cleaning floors in office buildings !!!!!!!!
Horrible service. Called me many times to confirm. Then uped the price day before. I just wanted my couch cleaned. Agreed told them to come as i needed it done. Finally they call me 1/2 hour late to cancel on me! DO NOT RECOMEND. Many other local companies with better customer service!
I have used Action chemdry to clean my carpets and I was very lucky to work with this company. I am very happy as they were able to clean the carpets and remove stains. Recommended
