BAD EXPERIENCE. I purchased some used carpets for the basement. Noticed bad smell when I took it home. Manager said she would only wash it for a fee and that some carpets have a permanent smell because they are old. I asked her why she is selling a carpet that is old with a permanent smell. Should she not throw them out! NO REFUND, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE GESTURE TO WASH THE CARPET. WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS. RUDE. THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS. BUYER BEWARE.A learning lesson.
