New Doing Well Convenience Store

I went to pickup ups package , ask for my id, then - he said sorry another man picked it up, I said how you gave it to another name, he said may be mistake from ups - I called ups they said the package still in the store , he refused to help or call ups and he brake the low by not checking the prober name , so please I do not recommend any one to use this store, thanks

Horrible customer service and extremely rude . When I got there, there were already 2 people waiting outside and there was a sign that said `back in 5 minutes`. By the time she actually opened the door was 20 minutes later when the other 2 people had given up and left. I was the only one in the store and showed her my UPS slip and 2 other people came right after me and she cashed them out first and was just standing around ignoring me . I went up the cash and said i am here to pick up this UPS p

No customer servi...

No customer service skills. These people are owning a business but know nothing about trivial people skills. Very rude and impolite especially the woman. Next time my UPS shipment gets delivered there I won't be willing to go and pick it up from their location. I'd suggest for them to start learning please and thank you words before anything.
