Absolutely horrible experience, stay away from this store! I tried to replace damaged glass on my Apple Watch. Advisor in the store said that they don’t have a glass on stuck and shipment takes 1 - 2 month. I ordered the part and paid the deposit. Three months later nobody called or email me to follow up. Won't be back - replaced an iPad screen, no tax, and got no receipt - Poor quality work as well. A week later the glass was peeling up. Brought it back and was charged again because I didn't have a receipt. Complained to the manager, told him I wasn't given a receipt. Told me "sorry, theres no proof you were ever here to fix this!" - Paid and left. Emailed my cell phone records showing they called me when it was fixed to come pick it up. No response. Horrible customer service and work.
