Rotisserie chicken was good probably the best I have ever eaten at East Side Marios. I can't say the same for the pizza it was horrendous! How could a place that claims fame to the "Italian" theme in regards to pizza and pasta make such an appalling pizza? Plain and simple it was not a pizza it was a Bruschetta with way too much goat cheese that prevented the cheap bread or what ever you would like to call that poor excuse for dough from cooking properly. The server was very kind and offered to take it back and drop the cost from the bill. When we asked if all pizzas are made with this "Dough/bread" with an embarrassed look in her eyes responded "yes, I think they changed it and they are all like that now" If your going to sell pizza then sell PIZZA don‘t try too speed wait times up by sacrificing the quality of your food!!!

I have gone to this place quite a few times. For your standard Family roadhouse fare, it's pretty good. Their kitchen staff does negelect some of the special instructions from guests though. My wife cannot eat Mayonaisse - she has a terrible allergic reaction to it. Of course we both make a big fuss at order time about "NO MAYO". So, how did she get the sandwich - WITH MAYO!! They made her a new one without problem, but only used half the meat (I swear they used half the meat from the first sandwich and ate the stuff themselves that had mayo on it...).
The manager did hear us complain and gave us a $10 voucher for the "next" time we visit. My Phillicheese was ok. I've had better - but it seemed rather flavourless. Maybe they were having a bad day - usually it's much nicer there.
