The dispatchers are disgusting on the phone, so rude and arrogant. Never once have I had a good experience calling, I actually use to dread calling because they either don’t answer and you have to call a bunch of times, and that makes them more rude than they already are which I did not know was possible. The drivers tell me all the time that yes they’re rude and when they don’t answer they’re eating. I am absolutely appalled that these women behind the phone still have a job there.

Good quick service and their drivers were friendly and helpful. Kudos, ladies and gentlemen!
