Let's start off with a somewhat unpleasant greeting at the front desk. It was nearly midnight when we checked in and at the price we were paying (granted it was a long weekend) I would have expected there to be SOME value for our money! We did not get the room we had booked. The sitting room area looked like something out of a frat house basement. I don't think there was a TV even. The bed was rumpled and didn't look made nor the linens washed. I am adimant about checking for bed bugs and upon inspection, I came across them in the edging of the bed. We reported this to the front desk. Their option was another room. NOT!!! You have bed bugs in one room and your housekeeping has much to be desired, you are going to have them in each room. Furthermore, when we tried to reverse the charges through Hotels.com the "manager" at the hotel lied and said that that wasn't the case! We are out our money as well as having to drive back to the city. I have a bunch of other choice words but as you have read...this place is a dump. Oh and the pictures on their website....they do not reflect the place AT ALL.
