Worst Nightmare.

I was charged $363 to look cheap, I had previously un-dyed hair and due to neglect by Zara the bleach was left in for twice as long as it should have been. After having her agree to refund me over the phone, she kept me in her salon for 2 hours and harassed me the entire time before finally giving me my refund, I assume in an attempt to get me to lose my composure.

I've been costumers since i meet Zara .I highly recommended to friends.

Way overpriced. ...

Way overpriced. Asked for partial highlights (with a picture for reference) and left with 2-toned brassy highlights. Went back to have them fixed, was argued with about how I was wrong, and then was charged an additional $50 on top of the $200 I already paid. Unreal. Will never go back.
