McCutcheon Heritage Realty Ltd. continues the family tradition of real estate began by Jim McCutcheon in 1965. McCutcheon has been a household name for real estate sales in the Napanee area since 1965. Jim started in real estate in 1965, and in 1968 opened the first "McCutcheon" Real Estate Sales office. Jim retired from the business in 1995. Earl McCutcheon was also a real estate agent in the Napanee area from 1971 to 2000 under the "McCutcheon" banner. Bill McCutcheon started with his real estate license in 1981 and in 1985 obtained his brokers license. During his career Bill has been the owner of McCutcheon Real Estate Ltd and Century 21 McCutcheon Real Estate. Bill has been an active agent during the past 33 years.     This guy is a joke, I hired him to do a job, to provide an appraisal. I paid him for his services, then he refused to provide me with the appraisal, stating that the mortgage company was his client not me, even though I chose him and paid him! The guy has no common sense, doesnt even understand the meaning of the word client. Dont use him

    The service was quick, but the report contained a lot of errors. Most of all the appraised value was far off the market value. If we would have listed the house for the appraised value we would have lost $64000. Don't waste your money with an appraisal. It is better to use the MPAC assessment value. You get it for free with your property tax assessment. It was much closer to the sales price we achieved.
