I made my drive thru order very clear and that I had a coupon and when I drove to the window they were unaware of my coupon and took a while for my order when I received my order an employee shouted come in next time! Very rude and surprised to receive this horrible service.
Drive-Thru order takers do not listen when customers place their orders. I`ve experienced this numerous times. Then when you challenge them about the order, they give you attitude as though you didn`t know what you ordered. They`re more concerned with getting you through the drive-through than ensuring that your order is correct. Service at this location overall is extremely bad. I wish that I could have given them a lower rating, as they even deserve the 1 star that I was forced to give them
