Gone Downhill

I use to be a regular and loved their halibut or haddock dinners. Since they have changed suppliers the quality has gone downhill. The halibut instead of being light and flaky is a pile of mush. Guess they decided to try some cheaper brand out and guess what this is one customer that will not be back. Awful and I am not a picky eater. My hubby had haddock and it had an off taste. Yuck!

Simply the best

We went to Caz's because we heard they were the best. I have to say we were not disapponited. The portions were hugh, service was as good as fine dining. The prices for what you received were cheap.I like the fact they give you a choice on the Halibut Alaskan Whale or Califonia Halibut. Truly amazing.

Bad Food

We have been going to Caz's for years. Tha last time we had take out it wasn't the greatest but we thought everyone has a bad nite. Last nite (09/28) we had three orders of halibut and chips that my son picked up. When he got home, 10 minutes away, the food was warm at best. The fries were under cooked and the fish did not taste good. We ate maybe half of our orders and threw the rest out. I am sorry but we will not order again form this resturant. It would appear they have gone downhill and at the prices they charge it is a shame.

Have done take-out here a few times. There's better fish and chips in Missisauga but this is much closer to us. The food isn't bad, but it doesn't seem to be very consistent with quality or portions. They are always friendly though. There is way too much batter on the fish, it's tasty, but it's almost more batter than fish. The prices are very expensive for what you get.

good food and good service

I recently went to this restaurant not too long before closing time. Even though they were ready to close their doors they allowed us to order food for take-out. The fish was nice and moist and the batter was exceptional! We will definitely eat at this restaurant again :)

No Catch of the Day

We started out with fried Calamari which, under its tasty batter, seemed to have freezer burn. Sent it back and had it removed from bill. Fried halibut was a thin ,over- cooked piece, again with tasty, crispy light batter. Great batter --but where's the fish?

Best Halibut and Chips I have had in a while...

Best Halibut and Chips I have had in a while. Lots of fish, and a good tasty batter. Coleslaw is tasty as well, not too watery.
