    I went to NuStar ...

    I went to NuStar wanting to upgrade my Bell dish. I was given instructions and they recommended parts to buy. After doing the installation I didn't need the parts they had sold me. I went back to return the unopened parts and was told in a very rude and condescending way that they do not accept returns. He said I was told of their policy ahead of time which is not true. Its clear that they had no interest in helping me once they had my money. I definitely won’t be giving them any business again.

    Do not honour price quotes

    When I called to have 2 dishes installed I was quoted a price. Once the installer showed up, it was a much higher price. (just over $100.00). When I called the office I was told to go ahead and pay the full price on my credit card to the installer, but that they will follow up with a refund. Well, 2 months later, no refund. And to top it off, Bell Canada also charged me for the installations!!! I had to make several calls and sort out the bill with Bell Canada. In the end, the owner told me that his employee mis-quoted the cost to install and that was not his fault and that he would not refund the difference! Well- lesson learn, I tried to keep it "local". Next time I will just deal directly with Bell Canada.

To clarify the situation, I'd like to indicate that the price quoted over the phone is for the installation only. Prices could go up on-site; when the service requested becomes more than the standard installation. Unfortunately, you've also experienced issues with the Bell Canada billing which we aren't able to manage or intervene in other than to direct you to them to get the invoice resolved.
