They deserve -5 stars, negative feedback based on my negative experiences with their lame duck operation. They are NO ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND Customer Service. They have no desire to learn how to treat customers. Worst wifi signal in history, and worst "Customer Service Centre" known to mankind lol My internet has been dead for 5 days, while WORLD-LINK refuses to answer the phones or return voicemail- they also don't acknowledge customers at their doors. My lawyer is serving them for fraud.
