TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They quoted 180 for unclogging the drain, since they charge a two hour minimum labor... after 45 min of running a snake down the drain they ask for 280 for labor, helper and materials. They were not being upfront with additional surcharges. After talking to Jonathan, he cut out the helper cost, but he would not honor the quote we were given and asked for 245. Also they take cash payments without receipts - which is very shady...

Similar to other reviewers, I found these guys to be dishonest, non-transparent, and overcharged me. Peter sounds very nice on the phone but once he's been paid, that's where the niceties end. So much misinformation will be fed to you to pressure you into paying for what you didn't receive and I feel foolish for not putting my foot down before taking out my credit card.

Make sure if you do hire them to do your work you ask for an estimate first . We were charged over 300 dollars labour for not even an hours work , and very simply, easy work . I would not recommend this company to anyone .

Stay Away from These Plumbers

Our tenants used them upon the building's recommendation for a small clog (under one hour), and were charged $565. When asked to break down the bill, Peter (the owner?) would lie about their rates, and tell you that he does not care the inconsistency because "I'm already paid". Word of caution to all property managers, landlords, and tenants out there: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLUMBERS!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
