Worst company to deal with do not rent from them

I enjoyed living in the townhouse, however i am not happy now. 2 1/2 months after i moved out i got a bill for $107 for carpet cleaning due to pet odor and small stain. There was no pet odor and the small stain came out when they steam cleaned the carpet which is something they do after every tenant.Before i left i was told not to worry about it because they have had worse and nothing was done.
