My car was making some noise, I took it in to get checked out, they slipped me in at the end of the day. I was told they could fix it, or I could take it down the street to a specialist and they would fix it for less. Great company, thanks for saving me money!
As someone who isn’t overly knowledgeable about cars, I am often fearful of being duped and overcharged for basic vehicle maintenance and repairs. However, the team at Maple City Tire has dispelled those fears! The service was excellent! They were able to get me in immediately to diagnose the mildly concerning sounds that my vehicle was making. They located the noise and fixed it right away, free of charge! I will definitely be returning for all future maintenance issues and repairs!
I have always had great customer service here. When their busy they always try to get me in. The prices are reasonable, always try to give you the best deals and the staff are friendly with everyone.
I will continue to come here because I dont feel ripped off like most places out there.
Excellent service! Very accommodating, friendly and professional. They fit me in for a 5 minute appointment even though they were really busy. Doug helped me out big time. I’ll never go anywhere else.
