Called to make an appointment for my car, and just as they answered, my headset (I was driving) shut off on me, so I couldnt speak, they couldnt hear me. Within 3 seconds of the guy answering and not hearing anyone on the other end, he started cursing at me, and hung up.
I called back once parked, and the guy sounded extremely irritated on the phone.
Screw this place, Im taking my business elsewhere.
