Estimate was not free! Could not fix my Dyson, said i could come get it in pieces or pay $60 to be put together! Reporting to Dyson Canada and Better Business Bureau. Be aware!!
1st. Was quoted $250 to fix my Rainbow vacuum. When they called to tell me it was ready they told me it would be $275 +tax When I called back about this discrepancy they said ‘I was hoping you wouldn’t catch that’z
2nd. They told me it would be ready monday and it wasn’t until Tuesday I was then told that another vacuum that had come in later had taken priority
3rd. A piece was broken and they didn’t even own up to it
You want good customer service and professionalism? It’s not here
I purchased two different vacuums here for my mother and I and they both have strong suction and great filtration for our allergies. I suggest this store for the quality and service!
