Libro Credit Union

A very poor experience with Libro Credit Union. A friend of mine named me beneficiary for a TFSA. He was a long time customer. They denied my status as beneficiary stating that they couldnt locate the signed copy. Statements came for years indicating that I was beneficiary and I was there when he signed the paperwork in the managers office. Libro cant be trusted with a responsibility like this. If you are thinking about leaving a legacy to someone, dont do it at Libro.

I recently paid off my car loan with this credit union and by mistake they removed what would have been my next car payment. they have acknowledged this error, however it would be 15 business days before my money is returned-not acceptable
