We had our entire house painted by Heritage Painters (other than the basement). Although the quality of the work was decent, the scheduling did not go as planned. One day before the completion of the project, we were asked for full payment. We asked that the work be completed before we gave payment and it was (other than some areas that were missed). Extremely unpleasant company to deal with....I just called them to set up an apt, and the lady who answered the phone very short with me from the get go. I don't know if was a bad time to call or what but she ended up hanging up on me...very rude people

I purchased their window cleaning service through GroupOn. The crew did an okay job. The picture associated with that promotion, of a window being soaped and squeegee-cleaned, is false advertising. All they do is clean the window panes with a damp rag and then wipe them dry. Also, the management is neither polite nor courteous. Notably, they run two different GroupOn deals in London, but don't try to buy GroupOns for both, lest you feel like getting a lecture on how GroupOn is a rip-off.

Groupon buy. Made an appt, they didn't show up. Someone neglected to input it into the computer. Then I got an email asking me to pay GST. Taxes should have been included (I confirmed this with Groupon customer service). When I told the woman that, I was told "sorry you disagree" & take it up with Groupon, as she was "busy with paying customers". I cancelled my appt due to the rudeness & received another nasty reply saying I've been banned & placed on the "difficult customer list". Um OK.

I had Heritage Painters clean the exterior windows of the house, the large sliding glass doors are covered in streaks. When I asked them to come out and remedy the problem they told me that the windows on my house were oxidized...I have a new build (under two years old!) POOR service!! Would NOT recommend this company? BUYER BEWARE!
